She was always available to answer my questions and happily obliged to all my timeline and plan changes. I was unsure of how to do some of the decor and she worked her magic to carefully place all decor for the reception and ceremony so that it looked perfect and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing! Best of all she’s a wonderful stress reliever for the day-of. She coordinated the whole ceremony and reception, and even when some of our other vendors made mistakes she was quick to jump in and help and do everything she could to make our day everything we wanted it to be. “Seanica was amazing as our day of coordinator! Booking the venue, finding my dress, and hiring Seanica for day of coordination were the top 3 most exciting things for me. I had the planning and decorations figured out, but I wanted someone there the day of that could help us set up and handle any problems that may arise because the last thing I wanted to be doing on my wedding day was trying to solve problems. Thankfully, no major problems arose but there were some hiccups here and there. I was told that it doesn’t matter how much planning you put in, there will always be something that comes up day of, even if it’s small. Well, my maid of honor happened to take a picture of the wedding cake after it was delivered so she could show me what it looked like. The first thing I noticed was the missing cake topper! I called Seanica right away (she was running around all day helping us set everything up and making sure the guys were running on time!) and she found the cake topper and put it on! So it really is true that little things will happen day of that wouldn’t have even crossed your mind. Communication was great leading up to the wedding as well. She made sure to let me know that she was always a call or text away if I needed anything. I am so grateful to Seanica for all her help. She made timelines for the entire wedding party and made sure everyone and everything was running on time. The ceremony and reception went so smoothly and she was a huge part of that! I was so surprised at the affordable price as well. Other day of coordinators were double the price. There definitely is no sacrifice in quality of service! I have already recommended her to a friend for day of coordination. I seriously wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again!”

“We ADORE Seanica. This woman took care of everything for our wedding. We hired her as a Day-of-Coordinator for our wedding and let me tell you, she was amazing. This woman is incredible and we are so lucky to have had her for our perfect wedding day. She is incredibly kind and so hard working. She worked with our wedding party of 9 groomsmen, 8 bridesmaids, 2 moms, 2 dads, 1 groom, 1 very anxious bride and all of our other family members. She set up tables. She worked with all the wedding vendors that showed up throughout the day. She organized schedules for all our wedding party members. She organized everything inside and outside the wedding venue. She calmed my nerves. She is absolutely a JOY to work with and we are so lucky to have had her. Small snafu with guests arriving early, and Seanica politely and quickly took care of it. 4. Affordable. A fraction of what other planners charge for amazing services. 5. Community. “There’s no way my wedding would have happened without Seanica! From the moment I met her I immediately felt more relaxed about the whole day. She was so organized which is a huge plus because I’m not always the most organized. We hired her for a day of coordinator but really she felt like so much more and she was there for us for so much longer than just the day. She would text me and check in just to make sure I was feeling great and to see what she could help me with from pretty early on in the process. She became my wedding planning best friend in the weeks leading up to the wedding which made the actual day that much better. She handled my timeline which was HUGE and just a weight lifted off my shoulders and made sure everyone had their own personal schedules for the big day. On the morning of our wedding she showed up and helped with everything from keeping track of everyone to helping decorate. We also all had to go get ready and she was able to stay and finish decorating the venue and when I walked it in was gorgeous!! She was never overbearing but she got things done. “I cannot say how AMAZING Seanica was as my day of coordinator! We met up a few times to discuss the wedding planning and she took care of everything! The day of timeline for each individual person! This was such a relief as the idea of doing that was very overwhelming. She was very attentive during wedding! My brother even stopped by to say how amazing she was. If anything went wrong, then I had no idea. We decided to end our wedding early by an hour. Seanica arranged everything to make that happen. She called the driver, talked with the DJ, and got everyone downstairs for the sparkler send off! After the wedding, she cleaned up and did the final walk-through with the venue. Everything went so smoothly! She also made sure we adhered to the details of every contract. She had our back! She was by far the best vendor we had! Oh! And an added bonus of knowing half the fee went to a charity to stop human trafficking!“

“We had a beautiful wedding at Powell Gardens on April 30, 2016. We were able to relax and enjoy our day because of our wedding coordinator, Seanica!! We met with her 2-3 times prior to the day with details of how we wanted our day to go. She was always very confident and calm, which kept us calm! We knew we didn’t have to worry if the small details would get done, we knew she would take care of it. We knew she saw the vision for our wedding as we saw it.
The day of the wedding, she took care of every detail. As the bride, I got to enjoy my bridesmaids and my time with my mom before the ceremony started. Seanica knew what we wanted and executed each detail perfectly. If there were problems, we did not know about it. She was able to decorate, coordinate our first look with our photographer, got the guys where they needed to be at the right time, keep us girls on track, and keep the reception flowing perfectly.
