You’ve got your vendors lined up and vision figured out, so now let me help execute your big day!

• Initial in-person consultation at least 6-8 weeks prior to Wedding Day (45-60 minutes)
• Unlimited, open email/text communication
• Develop Day-of Timeline
• Final communication and confirmation about arrival time with vendors
• Contact person for vendors on Wedding Day
• Personalized Day-of schedules for each person involved in the Wedding
• Manage Rehearsal (1-2 hours)
• Manage Ceremony and Reception sites on Wedding Day
• Emergency Kit provided for Day-of
• Assist with decorating Ceremony/Reception, if needed
• Distribution of Final Payments to Vendors on Wedding Day
• Coordinate and Direct Wedding Party
• Ensure Wedding Reception starts promptly and smoothly

*I am willing to travel, but anything outside a 30 mile radius of 64156 will include an additional charge for mileage.
**Please remember that $300 is a donation to the following:
– May-October weddings go to organizations fighting human sex trafficking
– November-April weddings go to organizations supporting autistic individuals and their families.
***The additional cost for help with cleanup at the end of the reception is $400.
